Project Overview

We were appointed by Ink Associates to deliver the strip out and full Fit-Out of a former The Body Shop retail unit, transforming it into a new Castore clothing store.
The project involved a complete internal reconfiguration, installation of new finishes, and integration of modern building services to create a high-quality retail environment aligned with Castore’s brand standards. The works were delivered within a live shopping centre, requiring careful coordination and minimal disruption to neighbouring tenants and customers.
Scope of Works

The project included:

• Full strip out of the existing retail unit, including finishes and redundant services
• Installation of new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes throughout
• New lighting installation to enhance product display and customer experience
• Installation and modification of small power systems to suit the new layout
• Installation of new ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Installation of retail display equipment and fixtures
• Coordination with centre management and tenant requirements
• Testing, commissioning, and handover
